Why use the safe protector ?

• It is an easy to use, specially designed to enhance the corrosion free life of the screw head.
• It is tested for all weather resistance –Cold & Hot (extreme winters & summers, rainy season is considered by default).
• The carefully designed top surface is resistant to bird pecking & other external damages.
• The level of user friendliness is so low that even your unskilled labour can apply it on the roof. The process is simple; clean the surface area, remove the release paper to expose the adhesive, place it on the screw head and apply even & sufficient pressure.

Application process

1. Thoroughly clean the area around the self-drilling screw.
2. Make sure the surface is free of dust, dirt, oil, grease and any other contaminant.
3. If the surface is not clean use, wet cloth to remove the visible dirt. If the durt still persists you may use any solvent like IPA - Isopropyl Alcohol.
4. Remove the release paper from the safe protector to expose the adhesive.
5. View the adhesive surface, you will notice a grey colour piece at the centre, align this (special protector) with the screw head and place the safe protector piece on the screw head.
6. Now use even & sufficient pressure to paste the safe protector piece on the surface.
7. Ensure to achieve a wrinkle free application.
